
I discovered Red Ring Treasures the way some of us would in a hawker or food court in Singapore – by following the longest queue to a stall. The crispiness of the deep fried enoki and shitaki mushrooms juxtaposed with the springy yet smooth noodles makes this dish a real delight. The accompanying delicate beancurd skin, and generous portion of juicy chicken cutlet strips were merely an added bonus. And all this in air conditioned comfort for a reasonable SG$8. A no brainer if you ask me!
