We arrived in London a week ago and it has been a wonderfully magical culinary adventure. One of the best things the UK continues to offer to the world is the gastropub. Check out this fish malabar curry with shredded coconut rice, and the coq au vin done so perfectly I ended up scraping the plate clean. The sticky toffee pudding was such a hit with everyone, I actually fought my own kids for the last bits of it. It really doesn’t hurt that service is top-notch here.
