The Sushi Bar: satisfying indulgence on the first day of resumption

Singapore had been on a heightened alert for a month now, and several months before that, with dining out prohibited. Today we resumed dining out at eateries and restaurants but capped at a maximum of two persons. This was how I decided to rejoice… with sushi of course!

The California hand roll, a familiar steady favourite
This isn’t going to be everyone’s cup of tea, but then what is? It’s century egg tofu and oh so tasteful
Salmon belly sashimi. With how much I eat of this, I bet my own belly tastes this good too
Ikura. Bursts of umami in your mouth. Enough said
Negitoro maki. Which is minced tuna sushi rolls wrapped with seaweed. Genius
