The food here is easily 2 star worthy, at the very least, but it is the inviting way that one is attended to here that makes this gorgeous find of a restaurant that much more compelling, even by New York standards.

Scallops with the most delectable pea emulsion ever

The crispy skin on this perfectly pink salmon flesh which just melts in the mouth was a fusion so memorable I’m salivating just composing this caption, more than 2 weeks since

Lemon meringue tart with the pastry all round the filling. Clever!

Sea salt caramel topped off (literally) with a dark chocolate biscuit
