As a relatively new fan of spinning, I signed up for a class with Soul Cycle, where it all started. Having been to Sticks ‘n’ Sushi before, I decided to revisit it, this time at the Soho branch. Loved the menu, ambience, and the service (matcha whisking at the table and hardly any waiting time in between dishes) though prices here are on the steep side.
Hiramasa kataifi (yellow tail amberjack with truffle oil, ponzu, chives, and shiso). My favourite pick Salmon tataki. Slightly overshadowed by the hiramasaThe New York subway. I’ve been on the subway and have to say I prefer the dishThe miso soup had just the right level of oomph. This Japanese sparkling cocktail was yuzu zesty and deliciously syrupy at the same time. Perfect complements to the meal
